Users should be protected from harassment, hate speech, and discrimination. Platform policies and moderation systems play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment by addressing harmful behaviors and maintaining community standards. However, nowadays, some people still be attacked by strangers on various platforms.

The answer is YES. I think that amplifying the views of others not only enriches the conversations within a PLN but also helps to challenge biases, break echo chambers, and create opportunities for learning and growth.

Employers may have policies regarding the protection of confidential information and data. Employees may be expected to refrain from sharing sensitive or proprietary company information on social media platforms, ensuring the privacy and security of such information.
